      This Indenture made this twenty ninth day of November in the
      year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy five between
      James Doig and William H. Robertson of the city of Gainesville
      County of Alachua and State of Florida of the first part and Genevieve
      S. Voyle of the County and State aforesaid of the second part - 
           Witnesseth: that the said parties of the first part, for and in
      consideration of the services rendered by Jos Voyle, hsuband of
      said G.S. Voyle, the sufficiency of which consideration is here-
      by acknowledged: have bargained and sold, and by these presents
      do bargain and sell unto the said party of the second part: And
      to her heirs and assigns forever, all that piece or parcel of land ly
      ing and being in the North half of Section four (4) Township Ten
      (10) South Range Twenty (20) East to be found and described
      as follows, beginning at the northeast corner of said section run-
      ning east along said line 19 40/100 chains to the north east corner of 
      said piece or parcel of land.  Thence South ten chains. Thence
      West thirteen and a half chains. Thence North to the section line
      ten chains thence east to said north east corner thirteen and
      a half acres.  Together with all and singular the hereditaments
      and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertain-
      ing. And also all the estate, right, title, interest claim or demand
      whatsoever of them, the parties of the first part either in
      law or equity of in and to the above bargained premises and
      every part or parcel thereof to have and to hold to the said party
      of the second part her heirs and assigns to the sole and only proper
      use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part, her
      heirs and assigns forever.
