State of Florida} Before me I.E. Webster Clerk of the Cir
Alachua County  } cuit Court in and for said County personally
   came G.P. Webb to me well known who being duly sworn
   says that he saw W.F. and F.D. Rice the Grantors in the fore
   going deed of conveyance sign seal and deliver the same for
   the uses and purposes therein expressed and that he together
   with W.K. Cessna signed the same as subscribing witnesses
   thereto

   This Indenture made this the fourth day of February in the year
   of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Seventy Six between
   Rafaila L. Wilson of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
   party of the first part and Richard Collins of the same place
   party of the second part
                Witnesseth that the said part of the first part for
   and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred dollars to her
   in hand paid by the said party of the second part, at and
   before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt
   whereof is hereby acknowledged and confirmed and by these presents do bargain
   sell release grant convey and confirm unto the said party
   of the second part his heirs and assigns forever, all that
   certain piece or parcel of land known as the south west  
   quarter of the south west quarter of section nineteen
   Township eight south of Range twenty east contain
   ing forty acres more or less together with all and singular
   the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto be-
   longing or in any wise appertaining and all the estate right
   title interest property possession claim and demand what
   soever as well in Law as in Equity of the said part of
   the first part in and to the above described premises and every
   party and parcel thereof:
   To have and to hold the above granted bargained and
   described presmises with the appurtenances unto the said
   party of the second party his heirs and assigns to his and thier
   own proper use benefit and behoof forever.
