This Indenture made and entered into on this fifteenth day
of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hund
red and seventy six between Mary C. McDermott of the City of Fer-
nandina Nassau County and State of Florida of the first part and
Fanny W. Campbell of the town of Waldo County of Alachua and State
of Florida of the second part Witnesseth that the said party of
the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred
and fifty dollars to her in hand paid by the said party of
the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
hath bargained and sold and by these presents doth bargain
and sell unto the said party of the second part and to her heirs
and assigns forever all those several lots or tracts of land lying
and being in the town of Waldo County of Alachua and State
of Florida and more particularly known and described on the plat
of said town as lots three, four, five and six in block six
also lots two three four and five in block nine.
To have and to hold the above described premises together with
all and singular the rights and privileges immunities easements
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise apper-
taining unto the said party of the second part and her
heirs as their absolute property in fee simple forever And
the said parties of the first part herself and her heirs do
covenant and agree that she is seized of a good and inde-
feasible fee simple to the above premises and that she has 
good right to convey the same free and discharged from all
encumbrances and liens of any and every nature and descrip
tion and that the said party of the second part her heirs and
assigns shall quietly and peaceably enjoy the above described
against all persons whatsoever lawfully claiming the
same and that they will at any and all times make such
further covenant conveyances and assurances at the expense
of the said party of the first part as she the said party of
second part her heirs and assigns or counsel learned in law
may require
