This Indenture made this the third day of February in
the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy
six between William H. Robertson and James Doig of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida parties of the first part
and Joseph Doyle of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
party of the second part. Witnesseth that the said parties of
the first part for and in consideration of the sum of three
hundred and fifty dollars to them in hand paid by the
said party of the second part at and before the ensealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknow
ledged have bargained, sold, released, granted conveyed and
confirmed and by these presents do bargain, sell, release grant
convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part
his hiers and assigns forever all that certain tract or parcel
of land known as described as follows from the north west
corner of the tract owned by Mrs G.S. Voyle south ten
(10) chains to the place of beginning thence west six chains
and seventy five links (6.75), south eight chains and twenty
five links (8.25) west ten (10) chains north three chains
and twenty five links (3.25) west six chains and seventy five
