   Robertson and James Doig both to me well known and acknowledged
   that they executed the foregoing deed for the purposes therein ex-
   pressed: whereupon it is prayed that the same may be recorded
      In witness thereof I have hereunto affixed my hand and
   seal this the fifth day of February A.D. 1876

   This Indenture made this the third day of February in the
   year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy six
   between James Doig and William H. Robert of the County
   of Alachua and State of Florida parties of the first part
   and Emily C. Volk, Wife of Leonard W. Volk of the City
   of Chicago in the County of Cook and State of Illinois party
   of the second part. 
       Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for
   and in consideration of the sum of four hundred and fifty
   dollars to them in hand paid by the said party of the second
   part at and before the ensealing and delivery of these presents
   the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargain
   ed, sold, released, granted, conveyed and confirmed and by these
   presents do bargain sell release grant convey and confirm
   unto the said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns
   forever all that certain tract or parcel of land known and
   described as follows. To wit: commencing at the Northwest cor-
   ner of the land now owned by Mrs G.S. Voyle thence South
   ten (10) chains west six (6.75) chains and seventy five links
   south eight chains and twenty five links (8.25) west ten (10) chains
   north eighteen chains and twenty five links (18.25) East sixteen
   chains and seventy five links (16.75) to the place of beginning, con
   taining twenty five acres as near as may be lying and being
   situate in the North half of section four township ten 
   south of Range twenty east in the County of Alachua and
   State of Florida.
      Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
   and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise apper
   taining and all the estate right title interest property
