me, W.K. Cessna Clerk of the circuit court of said
County, Louis A. Barnes, who acknowledged to me
that he signed and sealed the foregoing Deed to
John J. Thompson dated June 2nd, AD 1873 for the
consideration and the purposes therein named as

This Indenture made the thirteenth day of May in the
years of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy
three between Edmond Molyneux, a captain in the seventh
Regiment of Dragoon Guards and now stationed at
Liverpool in the county of Lancaster, and Henry Royds of
Liverpool aforesaid and Mrs Percy Geiger of the
County of Alachua, State of Florida United States of American
of the other part, Witnesseth, that the said Edmond Molyneux
and Henry Royds for and in consideration of the sum of
one hundred and forty six Dollars at and before the seal=
ing and delivering of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold, aliened con=
veyed and confirmed, and by these presents do grant,
bargain, sell, alien, convey and confirm unto the said
Mrs Percy Geiger, her heirs and assigns all that tract
or parcel of land lying and being in the County of Alachua
State of Florida, United State of America, known as the North
West Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section Twenty nine (Sec 29) in Town=
ship Ten South (T.10.S.) Range fifteen East (R 15 E.) contain
ing one hundred and sixty 22/100 acres more or less. To have and to
hold the said bargained premises with all and singular, the rights
members and appurtenances thereto belonging or appertaining to
the only proper use, benefit and behoof of Mrs Percy Geiger the
said party of the second part, her heirs, executors administrators
and assigns in Fee simple; and the said Edmond Molyneux and
Henry Royds, the said bargained premises unto the said Mrs
Percy Geiger, her heirs Executors administrators and assigns |
