This Indenture made this the third day of February in the
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy six
between James Doig and William H. Robertson of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida parties of the first part and
Abijah S. Tomlinson of the City of Chicago in the County of
Cook and State of Illinois party of the second part.
  Witnesseth that the parties of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars to them
in hand paid by the said party of the second part at and
before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained, sold, released
granted conveyed and confirmed and by these presnets do
bargain sell release grant convey and confirm unto the
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever
all that certain tract or parcel of land known and de
scribed as follows to wit: from the north west corner of
the land now owned by Mrs. G.S. Voyle West sixteen chains
and seventy five links to the place of commencement thence
South fifteen (15) chains west six chains and seventy five links
(6.75) or to the western boundary of the land joined by the parties
of the first part thence North along the western boundary of
said land fifteen chains (15.00) thence East six chains and
seventy five links tot he place of commencement, containing
ten (10) acres more or less, lying and being situate in the
