in said deed mentioned and of one Dollar to us in hand paid
to A.L. Tomlinson Grantor in said Deed mentioned the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, have remised, released, relinquished
renounced and by these presents do remise release relinquish and renounce
former quit-claim unto the said A.S. Tomlinson all my dower
and right of Dower in and to the lands in the foregoing deed mentioned
and conveyed.
   To Have and to hold the same unto the said A.S. Tomlinson heirs and
assigns forever: And I do hereby acknowledge that I do the same
freely and voluntarily, And without any compulsion, constraint, ap-
prehension or fear of or from her my said husband.
       In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal
this the fifth day of February A.D. 1876

State of Florida} Be it remembered that on this the fifth
Alachua County  } day of February A.D. 1870 personally came before
me an acting Notary Public, Frances Doig and Emma Robert
son Wives of James Doig and Wm H. Robertson who upon an
examination by me held separate and apart from her said hus
band, acknowledged that she did make sign and seal the
foregoing renunciation, relinquishment and acknowledgement
freely, voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint ap
prehension or fear of or from her said husband
