This Indenture made and entered into this the first day of January
A.D. 1876 between J.H. Roper party of the first part and Lutie
Cecil party of the second part all of Alachua County State
of Florida.
        Witnesseth that the said party of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of ($32500) Three hundred
and twenty five dollars to him in hand paid the receipt where
of is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained and sold
and by these presents doth grant bargain and sell
