unto the said Lutie Cecil all of that lot parcel or
tract of land lying and being in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida and more particularly described
as follows commencing at the center of "Sweet Water
Branch" south of where the Atlantic Gulf and West
India Transit Company's Rail Road crosses said branch
in the South West quarter of section four in Township
ten (10) Range twenty (20) South and East from thence
north Ten (10) chains seventy four degrees east to a stake south
of and parallel with said Rail Road thence south to
said section line four (4) and 83/100 chains to Sweet
Water Branch thence north (thirty three degrees West)
of said branch four (4) chains to place of beginning
containing four (4) acres more or less -- To have and
to hold the same to her the said Lutie Cecil and to
her heirs executors and administrators and assigns
in fee simple forever.  And the said J.H. Roper 
does hereby covenant with the said Lutie Cecil to war
rant and forever defend unto her the said Lutie Cecil
her heirs administrators and assigns the title and
within described premises free from and against the
claims or demands of any and all persons whomsoever
