Know all men by these presents that I Charity A. Snowden of the
town of Archer County of Alachua and State of Florida in consid-
eration of the sum of ($86700) Eight Hundred & Sixty seven
dollars To me paid by the firm of Gay & Raulison of the Town
of Waldo and County and State aforesaid the receipt whereof I do
hereby acknowledge do hereby give grant sell & convey unto
the said Gay and Raulison, their heirs and assigns, all that par
cel of land or tenement situated in the County of Alachua
State of Florida bounded and described as follows to wit
The south half of the south east quarter of section twenty one
(21) and the south west quarter of the south west quarter of
section twenty two (22) of Township eleven (11) of Range (18)
S & E Containing (160) one hundred & sixty acres more or
less. To Have and to hold the aforementioned premises by the
said Gay & Raulison their heirs and assigns to them and
their use and behoof forever.  And I the said Charity A. Snow
den, do hereby for myself and my heirs executors and
administrators covenant with the said Gay & Raulison
their heirs and assigns that I am lawfully seized in fee simple
of the aforementioned premises that they are free from
all encumbrances That I have good right to sell and
convey the same to the said Gay & Raulison and that
I and my heirs executors and administrators will and by
these presence do warrant and defend the same against
the lawful claims of all persons to the said Gay & Rau
lison their heirs and assigns forever.

unto set my hand and seal this the twentieth 20th day of
December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight
