I, the undersigned Deputy Counsel of the United States of
American for the Port of Liverpool and its dependencies do
certify and make known to whom these presents shall come
that on the date hereof, before me personally appeared Edmond
Molyneux and Henry Royds known to me to be the persons de=
scribed in, and who executed the annexed Bill of Sale and
acknowledged the same to be their act and deed, and declared
that they had executed the same freely and voluntarily for the
uses and the purposes therein mentioned.

Known all men by these presents that I, Nancy Pendarvis
of the County of Alachua & State of Florida administratrix of
the Estate of James Pendarvis late of said County & State
aforesaid Decd by virtue of an order from the judge of
Probate of said County & State did sell at public auction
the real Estate of the said James Pendarvis as herein after
described to H. Bradford of the County & State aforesaid
for the sum of $111.25 he being the highest bidder threfor
Now therefore, I Nancy Pedarvis Admrx by virtue of the
authority in me vested as aforesaid and in consideration of the
aforesaid sum of $111.25 to me paid by the said H. Bradford
do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said H.
