             This Indenture made and entered into this Jan
       uary 2 AD 1876 between Eliza Denton of the first
       part Hartwell M. Harmon  C.W. Foster and A.L. Long
       of the second part witnesseth that the said party of the first
       part for and in consideration of the sum of fifteen hun-
       dred dollars to me paid the receipt of which is hereby
       acknowledged have granted bargained & sold and by
       these presents do grant bargain sell & convey to Hart
       man M. Harmon and A.L. Long all that certain tract
       or parcel of land situate in the Cunty of Alachua 
       State of Florida known and described as the east
       half (E1/2) of section thirty three (33) in Township nine
       (9) Range nineteen (19) South & East    To Have & to Hold
       to the parties of the second part their heirs and as-
       signs together with all the right title and priveleges 
       thereto appertaining  And the title to the said land
