The said party of the first part as against hereself

Alachua County  } Know all men by these presents that
we Saml W. Wilson & Mary E. Wilson his wife of the County
and State aforesaid in consideration of the sum of
three hundred & fifty dollars have granted bargained sold
& released to John T. Wilson and Isaac F. Flagler all that
tract or parcel of land lying & situate in Alachua Coun-
ty State of Florida containing seventy acres more or less
the same being the West half of the fractional portion
of the north half of section Thirty one in Township
nine Range twenty East being a part of the Arrendondo
Grant together with all and singular the rights
members hereditaments and appurtenances to the
said premises belonging or in anywise incident 
or appertaining To have and to hold all and
singular the premises before mentioned unto
