State of Florida } This Indenture made and intered into by
Alachua County   } and between Nancy Tompkins of the first
part and David T. Tompkins of the second part all of the
State and County aforesaid. Witnesseth that the said party
of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of
nine hundred dollars doth hereby grant bargain sell
and convey unto the said party of the second part all that
tract or parcel of land lying and being in the said County and
known and distinguished as follows to wit: Lots Number ten and
fifteen of section thirty four in township Eleven S
                              seventy-nine 80/100
Range twenty two E, containing forty seven 10/100 acres. Also
Lots No Seven and Sixteen of Section No thirty four in Town
ship Eleven S of Range twenty two E, containing seventy-
nine 88/100 acres. Also Lot No one of Section thirty three
in Township Eleven S of Range twenty two E. containing
forty seven 10/100 acres, in agregate two hundred & seven acres
to have and to hold unto the said David T. Tompkins and
to his heirs and assigns forever with all and singular the improv
ments privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
any wise appertaining and the said party of the first part
doth covenant and agree to warrant and defend the title and
right unto the party of the second part against the lawful
claims of any and all person or persons whomsoever claiming
the above described premises or any part thereof.
    In witness whereof the said party of the first part hath
hereunto set her hand and seal this 13th day of January 1875
