State of Florida } Know all men presents that we Robert
Alachua County   } W. Campbell and Fannie W. Campbell wife of
said Robt W. Capmbell in consideration of the sum of Forty
five Dollars to us in hand paid by William L. Finger of County
and State aforesaid the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge
have bargained sold and quit claimed and by these presents do
bargain sell and quit claim unto the said William L. Finger
and to his heirs and assigns forever all our and each of our right
title interest estate Dower or right of Dower claim and de
mand both at Law and Equity or possession of in and to
those lots of Land known and described on plat of Town of
Waldo as Lots Nos (4) (four) (5) five (6) six (7) seven and
(8) eight in Block (12) twelve in said Town of Waldo
Alachua County with all and singular the appurtenances
thereunto belonging.
         In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands
and seals this 2nd day of February AD 1876

State of Florida } Before me a justice of the peace in
Alachua County   } and for said County personally came the
within named Robt W. Campbell and Fannie W. Campbell
his wife who severally acknowledged she executed the within
quit claim and for the within expressed purposes and the
within Fannie W. Campbell wife of said Robt W. Campbell
acknowledged she executed the within for the purposes of re-
linquishment of her dower and upon a separate examination apart
from her said husband she says she executed the same
freely and voluntarily and without compulsion from her said
husband. Witness my hand and seal this 2nd day of
February A.D. 1876
