Bradford, his heirs and assigns, the following de=
scribed land viz; Lot No 4. Sec 11 T 8 R 18 East, con=
taining 9730 more or less. To have and to hold the above
granted premises to the said H. Bradford, his heirs
and assigns, to his and their own use & use veto of
power. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and seal, this 7th, day of March A.D. 1870.

This Indenture made this 20th A.D. 1870
between Nancy Pendarvis Guardian for her minor
children of the first part and of the County of Alachua
& State of Florida and H. Bradford of said County
& State of the second part. Witnesseth that the said
first party for & in consideration of the sum of ten
Dollars to her paid hath bargained, sold and
conveyed unto the said second party the follow-
ing descrined land viz; one & 68/100 acres being a
fractional part of the W. 1/2 of the NE 1/4 and the E 1/2 of the
NW 1/4 of Sec. 11 T 8 R 18 East. Said one & 68/100 acres les
south of the road running from Newnansville to Lake City
To have and to hold the said premises to the said
second party his heirs and assigns forever.
