Fifty two and a half (52 1/2) feet; thence South Two hundred (200)
feet to the place of beginning together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or
in any wise appertaining    To have and to hold the same to her
the Said Lola Bracy and to her heirs executors administrators and
assigns in fee simple forever.
