This Indenture made this the twenty fourth day of Jany in the
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy six between
Annie L. Barton and D.W.L. Barton her husband who joins in
this deed for the purposes of consenting to & ratifying the action
of his wife in the premises of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida parties of the first part and Agnes M. Miller of Jersey City
State of New Jersey party of the second part.
Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part for and in con-
sideration of the sum of one thousand dollars to them in
hand paid by the said party of the second part at or before the
ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged have bargained sold released, granted
conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do bargain sell
release grant convey and confirm unto the said party of the se-
cond part her heirs and assigns forever in half of one undivi-
ded third interest in all that certain piece or parcel of land
lying and being in Alachua County Florida and more particularly
described as follows part of section twenty two Township ten Range
Nineteen containing Five hundred & thirty nine 80/100 more or
less) also all of section fifteen township two Range Nineteen
containing six hundred and forty acres more or less, part of section
fourteen Township ten Range Nineteen beginning at the half mile
stake of the West line of section fourteen in Township ten Range
Nineteen Running East to the Gary Grant line and all of said
section south of said line also all the south west quarter of
section twenty three in Township ten Range Nineteen that is
not included in the Gary Grant which said fractional section
is supposed to contain sixty or eighty acres (all said tracts con-
tain in the aggregate fourteen hundred and seventy acres more
or less there being a large portion of these lands already sold
this Deed conveys the one half of the proceeds of the said one
third interest which amount can be definitely ascertained
by referencing to the Deeds of F. Johnson C.P. Perry Roberts & Nash,
Wilson & Wilson C. Williams H.C. Whiting J.F. McKinstry O.A. Por
ter M. Ives Waples G.H. Southerland, C. Nichols and W.K. Cessna] to
gether with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and ap-
purtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining
and all the estate right title interest property possession and
demand, whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the said
parties of the first part in and to the above described premises
every part and parcel thereof:
To have and to hold the above granted bargained and describ
