Know all men by these presents that I Christopher
R. Miller of Pavonia Avenue Jersey City Heights Hudson
County and State of New Jersey do hereby make constitute and
appoint my wife Agnes Miller now temporarily residing at
Arredonda Alachua County State of Florida my lawful attor-
ney for me and in my name and behalf to sign seal and de
liver and execute Deeds, Leases, contracts and other instruments
and generally to do and perform all things which may be neces
sary requisite or proper to sell and convey any real estate
belonging to me with the same powers to all intents and
purposes as I could if personally present and I do hereby
ratify and confirm whatever my said Attorney shall lawfully
do in my name and for my use in the premises

and authorized by the executive athority of Florida under the
laws of said State to take within the State of New York proof
and acknowledgements of deeds &c to be used and recorded in
