State of South Carolina} Know all men by these presents
Greenville County      } that we John H. Schofield and Kate
Schofield his wife and Kate Schofield as committee appointed
by the Court of Janette Matheson, Lunatic and Absalom
Blythe, Trustee of Kate Schofield and Janette Matheson for
and in consideration of the sum of one thousand dollars to
us in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged have granted bargained & sold by these presents
do grant bargain & sell unto Thomas Haile of Alachua
County Florida all our right title and interest both in
law and in Equity in all that tract of land, situate
and being in the County of Alachua & State of Florida
Known and described as follows Sections 19 & 20 & the east
half of Sec 16 together with the residence & out buildings
and improvements on the western half of Sec 29, Also 150 acres
of land situate in the western half of Sec 29 all in
T10 R19, Excepting and reserving so much of the above
described lands as have been sold to Eli Ramsey. To have
and to hold the same unto the said Thomas Haile his
heirs, Executors, administrators and assigns for ever.
