State of South Carolina } Before me personally appeared Kate
Greenfield County       } Schofield the wife of the within named
John H. Schofield and upon being privately and separately examined
by me does declare that she does freely voluntarily and without 
any compulsion, dread or fear of any person or persons whom
soever renounce release and forever relinquish unto the with
in named Thomas E. Haile all her right title and interest and
also all her right title and claim of Dower of in or to the prem
ise within mentioned and released.

 This Indenture made and executed this the 14th day
of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hun
dred and seventy six between Sally J. Perry of the County of 
Alachua and State of Florida party of the first part and William
Lassiter of Alachua County Florida party of the second part
Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part in
consideration of the sum of Eight hundred $800.00 dollars
to her in hand paid by the said party of the second part
at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged has bargained sold released
granted conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do bargain
sell release grant convey and confirm unto the said party of
the second part his heirs and assigns forever all that certain
piece or parcel of land known and described as lot four (4)
block (3) three Range (2) two in the Town of Gainesville
