                                    Wife of John R. Zetrour
       presents that I Minnie A.F. Zetrouer^grantor
       in the foregoing deed conveying Real estate for and
       in consideration of the premises in said deed
       mentioned & of one Dollar to me in hand paid
       by Sallie J. Perry grantee in said deed mentioned
       the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
       remised released relinquished renounced and
       by these presents do release and reliquish and
       forever quit claim unto the said Sallie J. Perry
       all my dower and right of dower in and to the
       land in the foregoing deed mentioned & conveyed
       to have and to hold the same unto the said S.J. Perry
       her heirs & assigns forever  In Witness whereof I
       have hereunto set my hand the 14" day of February
       AD 1876 Signed Sealed and delivered in Presence

       State of Florida} Before me W.K. Cessna Judge of Probate
       Alachua County  } and ex offico Justice of the peace in
       and for Alachua County personally appeared Mrs.
Minnie A.F. Zetrouer who being by me examined separate
       and apart from her husband John R. Zetrouer
       acknowledge that she had freely and Voluntarily
       and without any fear apprehension or compulsion
       of or from her said Husband
       relinquished her dower and right of dower within
       and above described property and that she signs
       this acknowledgement for the purpose relinquishing
       her dower to the same
