Be it Remembered that on this
the fifth day of February AD 1870 personally came before me
an acting Issac J. Hatch Notary Public Martha M. Simmons
wife of Cicero A. Simmons who upon examination by
me held separate and apart from her husband acknowledged
that she did make sign and seal the foregoing renunciation
relinquishment and acknoledgement freely and Voluntarily
and without any compulsion constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband

This Indenture made this the twenty second day of November
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
seventy five between Gustave B. Underhill of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida party of the first part and Ber-
nard Charles Cuvillier of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
part of the second part. Witnesseth That the said party of the
first part for and in consideration of the sum of Three Hundred
and twenty dollars to me in hand paid by the said party of the
and before the ensealing and delivery of these presents
