to place of commencing each of the above named
chains measuring sixty six feet. Again commencing at
the North west corner of the first lot above described and
running west four hundred and twenty feet, thence thence South
one thousand and fifty feet, thence East four hundred and
twenty feet, thence North one thousand and fifty feet to
the place of beginning, containing in the whole thirty acres
more or less. To have and to hold the said pieces or parcels
of land with all the appurtenances unto him the said
R.H. Bevill his heirs and assigns in fee simple.
  And the said Jno R. Bevill will, and heirs executors and
administrators forever warrant and defend against the 
lawful demands of all persons whatsoever. In testi=
mony whereof the said Jno R. Bevill has hereunto set his hand
and seal this, the day and year above written.

Know all men by these presents, that I, Elizabeth Bevill wife of Jno R.
Bevill, hereby transfer release and convey all my right, title and interest
of Dower to the above described land to the said R.H. Bevill
for valuable consideration. August 2nd 1872.

State of Florida} Before me W.K. Cessna Circuit Clerk in
Alachua County  } and for said County personally came J.J.
Thompson who being duly sworn says that he witnessed the
signing sealing and delivery of the foregoing Deed for the uses and pur=
poses therein mentioned and that he together with G.P. Thomas saw
Elizabeth Bevill sign her relinquishment of Dower in and to the
above said property.
