Alachua County  } Whereas my husband Stephen McCall Md
on the twenty second day of December A.D. 1866 convey by
Deed the lands hereinafter to be described Isaac B. Nichols
and simultaneously with the execution of said Deed took
a mortgage from Said I.B. Nichols of said lands to secure
him in the purchase money of the same, and whereas by
the noncompliance upon the part of said I.B. Nichols with
the conditions of said mortgage; it afterwards became necessa
ry to foreclose the same, and whereas the said Mortgage
was foreclosed and the said land were sold under said
foreclosure and whereas James M. Girven of the city of Baltimore
in the State of Maryland became the purchaser as said sale
under said foreclosure, and whereas I have never heretofore relin=
quished or renounced my right of Dower in Said lands. Now know
all men by these presents that I Priscilla McCall wife of the said
Stephen McCall for and in consideration of the sum of one
Dollar to me in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl=
edged from said James M. Girven, have granted bargained, sold
and conveyed, released , relinquished and renounced, and by these 
presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey, release  relinquish and 
renounce unto him the said James M. Girven, all the right
title interest and claim to Dower which I have now or may
hereafter have in the following described lands to wit, All
that certain piece or parcel of land, lying being and situate
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida, Known as a 
part or subdivision of the Arrodondo Grant, particularly
