described as follows as Section thirty one (31) in Township
nine (9) Range twenty (20) containing six hundred and forty
acres (saving and excepting Twenty eight acres hereof heretofore
conveyed to Andrew Robb. To have and to hold the said Dower
interest to him the said James M. Girvin his heirs and assigns
forever. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this 11th day of July A.D. 1873

Alachua County  } Before me personally appeared Priscilla McCall
wife of Stephen McCall, who being by me first duly questioned and
examined, separate and apart from her said husband acknowledges
under her hand and seal before me and in my presence that she
executed the foregoing relinquishment and renunciation of Dower
freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion, constraint,
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband.
