in consideration of the sum of seven Dollars and fifty
cents to me in hand paid at and before the ensealing
and delivering of these presents renounce release and
forever quit claim unto the said Abrilla Johnson and
to her heirs and assigns all manner and right of Dower
and other interests rights and titles whatsoever which I the
said Sarah P. Hawthorn may might or should have right
to claim to any and each of the within premises with the ap=
purtenances unto the said Abrilla Johnson and every part and
parcel thereof, And I the said Sarah P. Hawthorn do hereby
acknowledge and declare that I freely and voluntarily renounce
relinquish all my Dower and right and title in the premises
within named without any compulsion constraint, appre=
hension or fear of or from my said husband J.M. Hawthorn
