that, Anna M. Girvin wife of James Girvin one of the grantors in
the foregoing Deed to Thomas Freeze, hereby freely and volun=
tarily forever relinquish and renounce all of my right, title and
interest of Dower in the lands described in said Deed In
testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
Eleventh day of July A.D. 1873.

me Herman L. Emmons Jr. Commissioner of the State of
Florida duly qualified and commissioned, Anna M. Girvin
wife of James M. Girvin one of the grantors in the foregoing
Deed and known to me to be such, who being by me examined
separately and apart from her husband acknowledged in
due form of law that the foregoing relinquishment and
renunciation of Dower was made by her freely and vol=
untarily and without any compulsion, constraint appre=
hension or fear of or from her said husband In testimony
whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my Official
seal as Commissioner this Eleventh day of July A.D. 1873.
