Alachua County  } This Indenture made and entered into
this 7th day of June Eighteen hundred and seventy three (1873)
between Stephen McCall and Mrs. Priscilla McCall wife of the
said Stephen McCall who joines her husband for the purpose
of relinquishing all Dower or right of Dower to the premises
herein after mentioned, parties of the first part and Mrs. Eliz=
     M
abeth^Payne party of the second part, all of said parties being
of said County and State, Witnesseth;
      That for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred
and fifty Dollars to be paid by the party of the second part
to the party of the first part, the parties of the first part have
bargained, sold aliened and conveyed and by these presents do
sell and confirm unto the said Elizabeth M. Payne, the party
of the second part, her heirs and assigns, The following lot of land
situated in the town of Gainesville in said State and County to=
wit: Fractional lot on town commom Block (7) Range (2) two
being two hundred feet front and three hundred and thirteen
feet back to the run of Sweet = Water Branch, thence up the rum of
said Sweet = water Branch two hundred feet, thence two hundred
and forty seven feet back to front line To have and to hold the
above described premises together with all the improvements and
appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said party of the second
part her heirs and assigns in fee simple title forever.

Alachua County  } Personally appeared before me Mrs. Priscilla
McCall well known to me to be the wife of Stephen McCall the grantor in
the above Deed, who being by my examined separate and apart from her
said husband acknowledged that she signed the above Deed for the
purposes of relinquishing her right of Dower therein freely and voluntarily
and without any apprehension fear compulsion or constraint of or from
her said husband
