Know all men by these presents that I,
M.L. McCormick wife of the above named Saml Mc
Cormick do upon this, my examination, taken and made
separately and apart from Saml McCormick my said
husband, acknowledge that I Joined in the execution of
the foregoing conveyance and made myself party to the
same, for the purpose and with the interest of relinquishing
all of my dower interest in the lands and estate therein
mentioned: and that I do relinquish all of my dower in-
terest in the same, freely and voluntarily and without
any compulsion, constraint apprehension or fear from ^or of
said husband.

Alachua County } Before me W.K. Cessna Clerk of the
Circuit County personally came W.W. Geiger who being
duly sworn says that he saw the foregoing instrument
of writing, sign seal and delivered for the purposes there-
in set forth. Sworn to and subscribed before me this the
22nd day of March 1873.

Alachua County } This Indenture witnesseth, That where
as Mrs. Barbary Drukins during her lifetime made pub-
lished and declared her last will and testament appointing
J.C. Gardener as the executor of the same and whereas ^said will
in item 5 of the same declares as follows:- It is my will
that one acre and a half on the eastern portion of the land
hereintofore to Mrs Mary L. Cannon be sold as soon
after my decease as to my executor hereinafter named shall
deem advisible for the purpose of paying all my just debts |
