County of Bradford} On this day personally appeared
before me Cicero A. Simmons to me well known as the person
described in and who executed the foregoing Deed of Convey-
ance and acknowledged that he executed the same for the
purpose therein expressed; wereupon it is prayed that the
same may be recorded-
        In witness whereof I have hereunto affixed my
hand and seal this fifth day of June A.D. one thousand
eight hundred and seventy three.

State of Florida}
Alachua County  } Known all men by these presents that
we John R. Bevill and Elizabeth Bevill his wife both of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida for and in consideration
of the sum of Five hundred Dollars to us in hand paid the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
sold and conveyed; and by these presents do grant bargain sell
and convey unto William A. Colclough all that certain lot
parcel or piece of land together with the tenements, heredit
aments and appurtenances thereunto belonging lying,
being and situated in the Town of Gainesville County of
Alachua and State of Florida; particularly described
according to a plat of said Town of Gainesville, as Block
number two (2) Range number six (6) To have and to
hold the same to him the said William A. Colclough his heirs
executors administrators and assigns in fee simple forever.
In witness whereof, we have hereunto set our hands and seals this 15th
day of January A.D. 1870.
