Elizabeth Bevill wife of John R. Bevill who being by me first duly
questioned and examined separate and apart from her said hus-
band acknowledged under her hand and seal that the foregoing
reliquishment and renounciation of Dower was made freely and
voluntarily and without any compulsion, constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband

together with R.W. Roberds signed the same as subscrib-
ing witnesses thereto.
