F. Noland a Justice of the Peace in & for said County Henrietta
M. Bauknight to me personally known who having been first
examined by me separate & apart from her husband Elias
Bauknight did acknowledge that she did relinqish &
renounce all her right of Dower in & to the premises conveyed
by her & her said husband to Susan Drucilla Barr by their - 
foregoing Deed dated February 12th AD 1873 freely & volunter
rily & without any compulsion constraint apprehension in
fear of or from her said husband. And the said
Henrietta in testimony thereof did hereunto set her hand
& affix her seal
