To all to whom these presents shall come, Jane C. Webb
of Sumpter County Florida, wife of Joseph R. Webb
of the same place sends greeting, Know ye that the said
Jane C. Webb, the party of the first part to these presents
for and in consideration of the Sum of two hundred
Dollars lawful money of the United States to her in
hand paid at or before the ensealing and delivery of these
presents by Noah Townsend of the County of Alachua
State of Florida of the second part, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged hath granted remised released
and forever quit claimed and by these presents doth grant
remise, release and forever quit claim unto the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever, All
the Dower and thirds and all the right and title of Dower
thirds, and all other right, title interest property claim and
demand whatsoever in law and equity of her the said
                 first
party of the second part, of in and to all that certain
piece or parcel of land known as the North East quarter
of the North East quarter section twenty in Township ten
South of Range Twenty two East, containing seventy nine
91/100 acres and lying and being in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida. So that the the said party of the 
first part her heirs executors, administrators or assigns
or any other persons for her them or any of them shall not
have claim, challenge or demand or pretend to have claim
challenge or demand any Dower or thirds or any other
right, title claim or demand, whatsoever of, in or to the same
or any part or parcel thereof in whosoever hand, seizin or
possession the same may or can be and thereof and
there from shall be utterly barred and excluded forever
by these presents.
   In testimony whereof the party of the first part
to these presents hath hereunto set her hand and seal the
22nd day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight
hundred and seventy one.
