me that she signed the foregoing relinquishment of
Dower for the purposes therein mentioned and that
she did the same without any fear, compulsion or
constraint of or from her said husband, Joseph
B. Webb, but of her own free will and accord.

Alachua County } This Indentre made this seventh day
of June A.D. 1873 between Louis A. Barnes Sheriff of said county
of the first part and R.L. Cathcart of the County of Alachua,
State of Florida of the second part Witnesseth that whereas by
virtue of a write of fieri facias and a decree of foreclosure issued
out of the Circuit Court for said County and to him the said
Sheriff directed, he was commanded that of the goods and chattels
lands and tenements of James Love and Martha Love, he cause
to be made the sum of six hundred and ninety seven Dollars
and 89/100 (697.89) with interest thereon together with costs of
suit, which R.L. Cathcart lately on the Eighteenth day of Nov-
ember A.D. 1872 recovered in our Circuit County against James
Love and Marth Love, and whereas I, Louis A. Barnes Sheriff
as aforesaid, by virtue of such writ and decree of foreclsoure did
on the 2nd day of June A.D. 1873 levy upon and seize the property here
inafter described and did by virtue of said writs and decree of foreclosure
and pursuant to the Statutes in such cases made and provided
did on the second day of June A.D. 1873 sell the same at public auction
according to law to R.L. Cathcart for the sum of five hundred and
Thirty five Dollars ($53500) being the highest sum bid for the
same. Now therefore know ye that I the said Louis A. Barnes
as aforesaid by virtue of said writs and decree of foreclosure and of the
Statutes in such cases made and provided for and in considera-
tion of the said sum of five hundred and Thirty five Dollars
to me in hand paid by the said R.L. Cathcart party of the |
