second part, have granted, bargained, sold, and by
these presents do grant, bargain sell and convey unto the
said R.L. Cathcart party of the second part, his heirs
and assigns forever all the following property to wit; The

twenty S 30 township eight T.8 South of Range eighteen R 18
East. And the South East quarter SE 1/4 of North West quarter
NW 1/4 and the North East quarter NE 1/4 of the South West quarter
and the South West quarter SW 1/4 of North west quarter NW 1/4
and the North West quarter NW 1/4 of the South West quarter SW 1/4 of
Section twenty one Sec 21 township eight T.8 South of Range
eighteen East (S of R 18 E.) Containing in all four hund
red and thirty four 17/10 acres of land together with all the
rights, titles interest and equities which the said James Love
and Marth A. Love had of in or to the same. To have and
to hold as fully as I, the said Louis A. Barnes as Sheriff as
aforesaid, might, could or ought to sell and convey the same.
