for the uses and purposes hereinafter mentioned all the Estate
right, title interest claim property and demand whatsoever 
either in law or equity, which he the said Major Reddick has
to or upon all and singular, one square acre of ground
being the North East corner of the North West quarter of the North
East quarter of the North East quarter of Section Twenty (20)
Township eleven (11) North of Range 18 East together with all
and singular the tenements, privileges and appurtenances there
unto belonging.
         To have and to hold all and singular the
above mentioned and described lot or parcel of land
situated lying and being in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida together with and singular the tenements 
priveleges hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto 
belonging unto them the said Romeo Reddick, Rinaldo
Reddick Major Reddick Henry Peterson Adam Moulton
Richard Doby and Arthur Haynes and their successors in
office, forever in trust that they will hold the same and the
house or houses erected or to be erected therein for the worship
and use of the Methodist Episcopal Church according to the 
rules and discipline which may from time to time be agreed
upon by the Clerical members and Representatives of said Church
as their General Conference and in further trust and confidence
that they shall at all times forever hereafter permit such
ministers and preachers belonging to the said Church as shall
from time to time be authorized by the general Conference of
Ministers and preachers of the said Methodist General Conference
to preach and expound God's Holy Word therein. And the 
said Major Reddick doth and by these presents warrant and
forever defend all and singular the before mentioned lot or par=
cel of land with the tenements, hereditaments, privileges and
appurtanances thereunto belonging unto the said Major Reddick
Romeo Reddick Rinaldo Reddick Henry Peterson Adam
Moulton Richard Doby and Arthur Haynes and their suc=
cessors properly appointed against him the said Major Red=
dick and all persons claiming under him. In testimony
whereof the said Major Reddick has hereunto set his hand and af=
fixed his seal the day and date above written.
