The State of South Carolina
Know all men by these presents that D.G. Anderson of the
District of Chester in the State aforesaid in Consideration
of the sum of seven hundred dollars to me paid by H.E.
Pardee of Alachua County and State of Florida have granted
bargained sold and released and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and release unto the said H.E. Pardee all that piece
of Land beginning at the North west corner of section 4, thence
South to Robadears corner thence east to sweet water branch

thence the branch nearly south within fifteen^of D.M. Fingers
Corner reserving a road to the branch along said Fingers
line, distant one hundred yards within fifteen feet of D.M.
Fingers corner thence North within fifteen feet of Vanlandinghams
Corner or line reserving a road to the Branch thence up the
branch fifteen feet thence due west to the beginning Corner
Containing four acres more or less together with all and
singular the rights, members hereditaments and appurtenanc-
es to the said premises belonging or in any wise incident
or appertaining; To have and to hold all and singular the
Premises before mentioned unto the said H.E. Pardee his heirs
and assigns forever And do hereby bind myself my heirs
executors and administrators to warrant and forever defend all
and singular the said premises unto the said H.E. Pardee
his and assigns against myself and my heirs and against
every other person or persons whomsoever to claim the same
or any part thereof, Witness my hand and seal this 22nd
day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight
hundred and sixty and the Eighty fourth of the Inde-
pendence of the United States of America the words "feet" feet
