This Indenture, made the 21st day of July in the year of
Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy six, Between
Nathan Spencer and Sarah Spencer his wife of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida of the first part Adrian
Milos of same County of the second part, Witnesseth,
that the said party of the first part for and in consideration
of the sum of Fifty Dollars, lawful money of the United
States of America, to him in hand paid by the said party
of the second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowle-
dged, have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, remised, released,
conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do grant, bargain,
sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the said party
of the second part and his heirs and assigns forever a piece
of land comprising one square acre lying and being in the
town of Gainesville and State of Florida described as follows
Beginning at a stake, south side, of the ditch which runs
across the McCall East boundary line as a corner being the
North East corner, Running west alongside said Ditch a distance
of 208 feet and 7/10; thence south, 208 ft and 7/10; thence East
208 feet and 7/10 to McCall East boundary line, thence north
along said boundary line 208 feet and 7/10 to the place of beginning
