County of Alachua } Sarah Spencer wife of the above named Nathan
Spencer do by these presents made and executed by me separate
and apart from my said Husband, and in the presence of S.F.
Halliday a Notary Public of the State of Florida, acknowledge
and declare that I did make myself a party to, and executed
the foregoing deed of conveyance for the purpose of relin
quishing my Dower right in and to the land in said Con-
veyance described and granted, and that I did the same
freely and voluntarily, and without any compulsion, con
straint, apprehension, or fear of, or from my said husband
In witness whereof, I hereunto subscribe my name and affix
my seal this 21st day of July AD one thousand eight hundred

that on this 21st day of July AD 1876 personally appeared before
me a Notary Public of the State of Florida, the above named Sarah
Spencer to me well known as the wife of Nathan Spencer and as
one of the persons described in and who executed the forego-
ing deed of conveyance, who being at the time separate and
apart from her husband, the said Nathan Spencer, did then
and there make and executed the foregoing acknowledgement
her name being subscribe with her own hand, and her
seal affixed in my presence.

This Indenture made the 19th day of April in the year of Our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy seven, Between
Adrian Milos and Justine Milos his wife of the County of
Alachua and State of Florida of the first part and Josiah
Drake of Polk County of the second part, Witnesseth that the
said party of the first part for and in consideration of the
sum of sixty five Dollars, lawfull money of the United States
