me Adrian Milos to me well known as the person des-
cribed in, and who executed the foregoing Deed of convey-
ance, and acknowledged that he executed the same for the
purpose therein expressed, whereupon it is prayed that the
same may be recorded.

This Indenture made the first day of August in the year of
Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy six,
Between Joseph Voyle of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida of the first part, and Jacob L. Schureman of Chicago
in the County of Cook & State of Illinois of the second part, Witnesseth
that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of ($350.00) Three hundred and fifty Dollars, law-
ful money of the United States of America, to him in hand paid
by the said party of the second part, at or before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, hath granted, bargained, sold, aliened, re-
-mised, released, conveyed, and confirmed and by these pres-
ents doth grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise release convey
and confirm unto the said party of the second part and his
heirs and assigns forever all that certain lot or tract of
land lying and being in the County of Alachua and State
of Florida described as follows,
From the south west corner of the tract of land now
owned by A. Tomlinson, south three chains and twenty
five links (3.25) to the north west quarter and place of begin-
ing, thence south three chains and seventy five links (3.75)
more or less to the north west corner of the land now owned
by Messr Doig & Robertson, thence East thirteen chains and
fifty links (13.50) more or less to the head of a Ditch running
East into Voyles Branch, thence north three chains and seventy
five links (3.75) more or less to the south boundary of the
land now owned by Mrs E.C. Valk thence west thirteen
chains and fifty five links (13.50) more or less to the
place of beginning, Containing Five (5) acres more or less
all in section four, Township ten south, Range twenty
