This Indenture, made this the sixth day of November in the
year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy five
between Julia Cessna Annie L. Barton and Franklin Johnson of
the County of Alachua and State of Florida, parties of the first part,
and Robert H. Wilson & Percifer F. Wilson of Alachua County and
State of Florida parties of the second part,
