of the Circuit Court fifth Judicial Circuit of Florida personally
came Julia Cessna wife of Wm K. Cessna and Annie L. Barton wife of
D.W.L. Barton who upon examination had and held by me
separate and apart from their said Husbands acknowledged that
the execution of the foregoing Deed of Conveyance was their free and
voluntary act and that they executed the same without any
compulsion, apprehension or fear of or from their said

Instrument of Donation & Request to Consecrate
Know all men by these presents that we the Rector Wardens &
Vestrymen of Trinity Church Gainesville in the State & Diocese
of Florida, having in the good providence of Almighty God erected
in the said City of Gainesville a house of worship for the honor
of the Divine Majest do hereby devote & donate the same as a church
in which all the settings thereof shall be forever free to all persons
to the glory and worship of Almighty God, the Father the Son & the
Holy Ghost, According to the uses of the Protestant Episcopal Church
in the United States of America & by a congregation in Communion
with said Church & in union with the Council thereof in the Diocese
of Florida
    And we do hereby certify to the Right Reverend John
Freeman Young D.D. Bishop of the said Diocese that the Building
aforesaid & the lot embraced within the enclosure upon which it is
situated & also the adjoining lot are fully paid for and are free from
lien or incumbrance in law or Equity & of all danger of alienation from
those who profess & practice the Doctrines & worship of the said Protest-
ant Episcopal Church in the United States of America in the
said Diocese of Florida;
         We do moreover hereby request the said Bishop
to take the building aforesaid under his spiritual Jurisdiction
& that of his successors in Office & to consecrate the same by the
name & title of Trinity Church Gainesville, thereby separating
it henceforth from all unhallowed, worldly & common uses
& solemnly dedicating it to the worship of Almighty God the
Trinity in Unity according to the doctrines & worship of the said
