lots tracts pieces or parcels of land which we hold for sale
as trustees for certain Judgments creditors of the estate of
John W. Anderson Deceased to wit; all those certain lots
tracts pieces or parcels of lying and being situate in the
State & County aforesaid and known and designated as
Lots number Twenty six (26) Twenty seven (27) Twenty eight
(28) and seventy eight (78) on the map or plat drawn by Wm
C. Miller of what is generally known as the Leitner Lands
consisting of Lots Number Eight (8) and Nine (9) of the Moses
E. Levy Grant according to the survey of Burr and Washington,
The said numbers Twenty six (26) Twenty seven (27) Twenty
Eight (28) and seventy eight (78) hereby conveyed containing
One hundred and thirty two (132) acres more or less to have
and to hold unto the said W.M. Jordan N.D. Phillips and
W.H. Micon their heirs executors administrators and assigns
forever in fee simple.

we Mary Jane Brown and Jackson Brown her husband
of the State and County aforesaid for and in consideration
of the sum of One thousand dollars to them in hand paid
by J.D. Cromwell the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell and convey to the said J.
D. Cromwell and his heirs all of the piece or parcel of land
lying and being in the County of Alachua State of Florida
in the Town of Gainesville, particularly described as begin=
