Carolina P. Call wife of Wilkinson Call grantor in the
foregoing Deed conveying Real Estate, for and in consideration
of the premises in said Deed mentioned, and of One Dollar to
me in hand paid by Wm Knabe and Charles Ridel and Ernest
Knabe partners as Knabe & Co Grantees in said Deed mentioned
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have remised re=
leased, relinquished, renounced and by these presents do remise
release, relinquish renounce and forever quit claim unto the

Justice of the Peace Carolina Pickins Call wife of Wilkinson Call
who upon an examination by me, held separate and apart from
her husband, acknowledged that she did make, sign and seal
the foregoing renunciation, relinquishment, and acknowledge
ment freely, voluntarily and without any compulsion, constraint
apprehension, of fear of or from her said husband,
