Acknowledgement of Grantor

Duval County     } On this day personally appeared before me
Wilkinson Call to me well known, and acknowledged that he exe=
cuted the foregoing Deed, for the purposes therein expressed; whereupon
it is prayed that the same may be recorded.
 In witness whereof, I have hereunto affixed my hand and 
seal this the day of twentieth April 1877.

This Indenture, made the 15th day of February in the year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and seventy seven Between Joseph Voyle
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida, of the first part and
Elizabeth F. Long of the County of Floyd & State of Indiana of the
second part, Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and
in consideration of the sum of ($50.00) Fifty Dollars, lawful money
of the United States of America, to him in hand paid by the said
party of the second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath
granted, bargained, sold, aliened, remised, released, conveyed, and con
firmed, and by these presents grant bargain, sell, alien, remise, release
convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part and her
heirs and assigns, forever all that certain tract of Land lying
and being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida described
as follows,
From the south east corner of Mrs G.S. Voyles lot, south
thirty feet, to the North east corner and place of beginning, thence
south four chains to a stake thence west five chains, to a stake
thence North four chains to the center of a street, thence
east to the place of beginning five chains, leaving thirty feet
along the north boundary for a street, containing two acres
all in the north east quarter of section four Township ten south
of Range twenty east.
