Alachua County   } Whereas I, Cosmo O. Bailey as Commissioner was
by an order of the Probate Court in & for Alachua County Florida made
and rendered on the 4th day of June AD 1874 duly and legally author=
ized and empowered to sell the real estate hereinafter described be=
longing to the Estate of James B. Bailey deceased for the payment
of the debts, taxes, charges of said Estate; and whereas due publication
of the time and place of said sale was made pursuant to law
and in accordance with said Order, and whereas I did as such
Commissioner on the sixth day of July AD 1874 sell the said land
as hereinafter described at public outcry before the Court House
Door in the Town of Gainesville Alachua County Florida, pursuant to
said Publication and order; and whereas Eliza McIntire became
the purchaser of said land at said sale for the sum of Fifty
Dollars, she being the highest bidder therefor and that being the
highest sum bid for the same, and whereas due report of said
sale has been made and filed by me with the Judge of said
Probate Court, and whereas upon the filing of said report the

said sale has been confirmed by an order and decree of^said Pro=
bate Court, in and for Alachua County, Florida, made and rend=
ered on the 16th day of July AD 1874 and I, the said Cosmo
O. Bailey as such Commissioner as aforesaid thereby authorized
and required to execute a deed of Conveyance to said land to
her the said Eliza McIntire to the land as hereinafter described
she being the purchaser thereof at said sale,
Now therefore Know all men by these presents that I the said Cosmo O.
Bailey as such Commissioner as aforesaid for and in consideration
of the said sum of Fifty dollars to me in hand paid, the receipt where-
of I do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained sold and convey-
ed; and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto
her the said Eliza McIntire of the County of Alachua the following
described land or real estate, the same being the land as bid off
by her at said public sale as aforesaid to wit
All that certain lot, piece, or parcel of land lying and being
situated in Alachua County State of Florida, in section Thirty two
(32) in township nine (9) Range Twenty (20) particularly described
as Commencing at a stake thirty three (33) feet west from the south
