     This Indenture made the twentieth day of March in the year of Our
     Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy seven Between George W.
     A. McRae MD and Francis M. McRae his wife of the County of Putnam
     and State of Florida parties of the first part and Chares W.
     Norton of the State of Alabama party of the second part
     Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for and in con=
     sideration of the sum of one hundred and twenty five dollars
     lawful money of the United States of America to them in hand paid
     by the said party of the second part at or before the ensealing
     and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl=
     edged, have granted bargained, sold, aliened, remised, released,
     conveyed and confirmed; and by these presents do grant bargain
     sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the said party
     of the second part and to his heirs and assigns forever, all the
     following lot tract or parcel of land situate, lying, and being
     in the Town of Waldo Alachua County and State of Florida and
     known and described as follows, Lot (2) Two in Block (10) ten
     fronting 33 feet on Sparkman St 33 feet on Kennard St and 
     75 feet in length.
     Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
     appurtenances thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining and
     the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents
     issues, and profits thereof, and also all the estate, right title inter-
     est, dower and right of dower, property, possession, claim and
     demand whatsoever, as well in law as in equity of the said parties of
     the first part of, in and to the same and every part and parcel there-
     of with the appurtenances,
     To have and to hold the above granted, bargained, and described
     premises with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second
     part his heirs and assigns to their own proper use benefit and behoof
     forever,
     And the said George W.A. McRae MD and his wife Frances M. McRae
     for their heirs executors and administrators do covenant grant
     and agree to and with the said party of the second part, his
     heirs and assigns, that the said George W.A. McRae MD and
     his wife Frances M. McRae his wife at the time of the
     sealing and delivery of these presents are lawfully seized of
