to said line of said Rail Road and thence southwesterly along
said line thirty-six (36) Chains and two (2) links to the place of begin-
ning shall be taken and held to constitute and be and be the
two parcels or portions so reserved and excepted in said deed
from said Edward Haile to Asahel G. Darwin and conveyed by
said Edward Haile to said Esther Serena Haile by said the
deed hereinbefore recited and the said parties of the first
part in consideration of the premises and of one dollar
to them paid by said Esther Serena Haile of the second part have
granted remised released and quit claimed and by these
presents do grant remise release and quit claim unto
said Esther Serena Haile the said premises last above described
with the appurtenances. To have and To hold the same to her
the said Esther Serena Haile her heirs and assigns forever
And the said parties of the second part in consideration of
the premises and of One Dollar to them paid by said John
C. Smith of the first part have granted remised released
and quit claimed and by these presents do grant remise
release and quit claim unto said John C. Smith all the
land situate lying and being in said section with the
appurtenances except the said premises last above described
To Have and To Hold the same to him the said John C. Smith
his heirs and assigns forever.

signed and executed the foregoing deed of conveyance of prop=
ery owned by her separately from her husband freely and
voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint apprehen
sion or fear of or from her said husband Esther Serena Haile
